I think it's commonly recognised that Jewish people are industrious, hard working and entrepenureal. But, probably no more say than other other people.
I think it's also comoonly recognised that Chink is used to describe a person of chinese origin.
Whelan is right on both accounts. But, you just don't say it do you.
